Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is attempted to designing and realizing ultrasonic cleaning system that will be used to remove weakly bounded dye particles on new colored fabrics. In order to achieve desired goal, ultrasonic cleaning system will be design and simulate in finite element method simulation program. Application fields of ultrasonic energy are very wide. These are medical, military, marine, chemistry and cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning systems consist of at least one ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic generator and cleaning tank. Ultrasonic transducer converts electrical signals to mechanical vibration at ultrasonic frequencies. Keywords: Ultrasonics, Simulation, Piezo transducer
