Abstract (EN)

Land consolidation studies are intensive labor and time studies involving many stages, and reallocation is one of the most demanding, time consuming, attentive and labor-seeking stages. During land consolidation projects, there is a lot of information and the intense relation between this information, the need to be fast, accurate, fair; necessitates the use of technology intensively. The use of this technology has become a necessity in the reallocation phase as well as in many stages of land consolidation. Many models have been developed for the reallocation of land consolidation studies that have already begun to be implemented in wider areas in recent years, but none have been able to implement it in a real sense. In this study, it was aimed to test the UTPTop (Uludağ-Tübitak Project-Land Consolidation) re-reallocation model developed by Bursa Uludağ University, Faculty of Agriculture, Biosystems Engineering with the support of TÜBİTAK project (112O868). UTPTop Reallocation Model generates results that minify the block reallocation by evaluating participant requests. Karaamca, Çiçeközü and Yazılı neighborhoods were selected as the test area in the Bursa- Yenişehir Ovine where the land consolidation work is continuing. The reallocation of these locations was done by using the UTPTop model. According to the results obtained, the reallocation model in Karaamca, Çiçeközü and Yazılı areas was operated in three stages and the balancing rate on the blocks together with the last field balancing step reached 99%, 99,15% and 98%, 68 respectively. As a result of the study, it is seen that the UTPTop reallocation model produces the results that the project engineer considerably alleviates the burden on the land consolidation studies and results in the reallocation shortening the reallocation of the blocks in a very short time. However, during the model testing, suggestions were made about the problems and improvements in the model and these suggestions are given in the discussion and conclusions section.
