Determination and easiness in religion with practice aspects

Islamic law regulates the life of the people of the world and the hereafter brings him a set of rules that regulate the law. It wants people to lead a balanced life in their lives. For this purpose, it wants Muslims not to stay behind and not to fall behind, but to live in the middle state. The determination and the easiness are two concepts that Muslims can obey in their religious and legal life. It is all the rules that apply to the obliged, all the time and place. The easiness is the provisions applicable to some obliged parties depending on the existence of the necessary conditions. A person can act in accordance with his / her religious life when he/she has conditions. This situation makes the continuation of religious life free from the obligations of the servants while facilitating the solution of the problems of people. Our thesis consists of an introduction and three chapters. After a general introduction, the introduction of the subject, the determination of its boundaries and the introduction of the resources were evaluated. In the first part, the proposal and the provisions of the clause, the determination and the easiness are discussed. In the second part, the legal principles and the reasons for the determination are examined. In the third chapter, the examples of worship rules and punishment fields are given in terms of practice and detailed aspect of the subject is revealed. The purpose of our study is to introduce the determination and the easiness to show the application of the easiness and to show that the determination is not always superior, and in some cases the easiness must be preferred.
