Investigation of the Uyghur Kaghan instructions in terms of meaningful and official language elements

In the Uyghur Period, the tradition of erecting inscriptions, like the previous Köktürk Period, continued for a certain period of time. During this period, the Tes, Tariat and Şine Us Inscriptions, known as Ötüken Uyghur Period Inscriptions, were revealed. In this study, meaningful and responsible language elements were examined using the work of Prof. Dr. Osman MERT named as Tes-Tariat-Şine Us as a reference, which was one of the Ötüken Uyghur Khanate Inscriptions and were examined by the professor himself. The meaningful language elements which constituted the first part of our study, and which were classified by Prof. Dr. Cengiz ALYILMAZ, were divided into two parts as nouns (nouns, pronouns, adjectives, adverbs) and verbs. In the second part of the study, the language elements in charge were examined under the headings of suffixes, prepositions, and conjunctions. As a result of the study, it has been determined that Turkish language reflects the richness of concept marking (open language structure, vocabulary mostly composed of native language words, word generation power, etc.) and it is a rich cultural language of the period in the analyzed works
