Transfering and streaming voice and video broadcasts over internet synchronously at distance learning

The success of the existing distance learning systems has advanced the distance learning to the level of the day. However, it is important to obtain the environment of a real classroom for an expected success in the distance learning. To obtain this over the internet, integration of voice and video broadcasting with distance learning systems is required.Broadcasting of the teacher's camera or screen capture of a computer, broadcasting of a lesson related video from the teacher's computer or a sharing site, conversation among the students and teachers to contribute or to ask questions, are expected features of a distance learning system.It is important for the participants to follow all the course activities from a single screen, with uninterrupted access by using the computer or mobile phone. Interruptions while transition between two different video sources reduce the efficiency of course. In this study, the distance handicap which is a significant problem for teachers and students, was tried to be completely overcame.
