Abstract (EN)
In this study, long lasting nano particled phosphorescent materials having different color and being excited by natural light were synthesized by doping lanthanide elements on which recently many studies focused (Eu, Dy, Nd, Y, Ce, La) .In order to obtain lanthanide activated luminescent materials, easy, cheap and high yielded combustion method were used. One could easily detect that most of the reported studies in the literature are based on UV light excitation resulted in long lasting emission. This study were obtained phosphorescent materials excited by natural light on which very rare studies are available in literature. In addition to novel synthesis of phosphorescent material, the effect of lanthanide concentrations on light emission intensity and duration were investigated by using photoluminescence measurements.
