Abstract (EN)
In this thesis the relationship between decision making process and trust in the organisation has been discussed. Accordingly, the decision making mechanisms that a reachievable in terms of access can be defined as an indicator depending on the high level of trust into the organisation. This hypothesis is expounded by using a survey applied in Community Volunteers Foundation. In this direction, applied survey analyses the perception of the volunteers about participation and their trust into the organisation as well as explaining the relationship in between the set circumstances.
