Deposit the custody

This study consists of the examination of the case of depositing the custody of the child, and the child's benefit and interests in this scope, with respect to parents' responsibility and judicial discretion. Thesis discusses the deposit of the custody in scope of the rules aimed and defined by the law maker to protect the child's interests, in terms of both the doctrine and practice. In this study, the responsibility of the parents, their rights and authorities defined for the parents by the law maker, and the necessary conditions required for the deposit of the custody of the child have been discussed; we have tried to enlighten the problems encountered in practice and to answer the questions such as the authorities of the judges in the arrangement of the custody, to which extent the judge can use such authorization, and how the interests and benefit of the child can be protected.
