Abstract (EN)

In the global world increasing the productivity for the foundations of business administrationto compete with each other and the primary counting of tine cost of production with the aim ofdecreasing the costs in order to struggle among the rivals have a great importance. There is a need tocount the standard time in order to count the costs of the production beforehand. The PreliminaryWork Study approaches the theme as a problem-solver by counting the standard time of theproduction and increasing the activities of available methods.The applications of the preliminary Work Study are not powerful because these applicationsare new ones for the foundation of business administration or there arero efficient workers who aregood at technology.?Making a Preliminary Work Study in Analysing the Productivity and Application? has beenchosen as a topic in this thesis study. In the currency of the subject Preliminary Time Study which isone of the Preliminary Work Study has been examined in a detailed way because this study is amethod for standardizing that is used during the application of workload measurement. In theapplication different Preliminary Time Studies have been examined both for existing situation of thefoundation of business administration and for a new offered circumstance.As a consequence of the evaluation of this application in accordance with the offeredsituation there is an increase of % 26.22 on production, advantage of % 27.78 on standard time,advantage of % 8.33 on the number of workers and advantage of % 29.58 on the cast of workers.Keywords: Productivity, Standard Time, Time Study, Work Study Measurement ,Work Study
