Abstract (EN)
Academics, on a regular basis, confront equipment shortages that are present in the industry today. Furthermore, since many students find the abstract concepts and complicated ideas about mechanical and electrical engineering challenging, they often struggle with understanding topics linked to those fields. While several studies have demonstrated the capability of virtual reality in various settings, such as growth, healthcare, the military, and school education, virtual reality has yet to be implemented effectively in those arenas. In the very near future, we will all be using Virtual Reality (AR) technology to improve our sense of perception and therefore our overall quality of life. Thanks to virtual reality, we will be able to support areas such as schooling, upkeep, construction, and reconnaissance. This study explores how interactive training tools are being used to educate electrical engineering students in the real world. 3D models of authentic devices are exposed and accessible to end-users who can communicate with and control them. When operating with a real computer, the users have the possibility to assemble and disassemble the machines, test them under extreme conditions, and compare structural variations between them. With 3D devices fully operational, users can analyze the effect of supply conditions on the business from any aspect. The users have a possibility to compare structural differences between devices, assemble and disassemble the machines and test them under extreme conditions, all of which would not be possible while working with a real device.
