Abstract (EN)
In this study; design and production of heater composite fabric was carried out. In the literature; It is commonly used stainless steel, aluminum, copper, chromium / nickel for metal wire reinforced composite yarn. Using two different production method tungsten wire reinforced composite yarns were produced. In the first method; composite yarns were formed winding cotton, polyester and naylon 6,6 fibers around 0,03 mm tungsten wire. In the second method; composite yarn was formed winding three different naylon 6,6 yarns around tungsten wire. Produced composite yarns were woven using air jet weaving machine and weaving loom according to 4 weft densities . After production of fabrics, electrical circuits were formed and were produced heater fabrics. In 1 m3 volume of heating chamber, Change of surface temperatures of heater fabrics, temperatures of heating chamber, amount of energy spent were measured depending on amount of the current and the voltage. As a result of measurements; produced heater fabrics were increased room temperature up to 7 0C and it was found that heater fabrics provide about 45-50% energy saving when comparing with conventional electric heater.
