Abstract (EN)

The information and communication age, reached in line with the changes experienced, has increased the interest in web technologies and applications that affect the education processes. When the literature is reviewed, it is observed that the theoretical dimension and features of the subject are mostly discussed in previous studies on web-based instructional design. While using web applications in learning environments, the learning process should be designed in accordance with the objectives, content, educational status and assessment items. Therefore, the aim of this research is to reveal the modeling of web-based teaching design in a selected learning area in an eclectic approach. The research was carried out within the descriptive survey model. A special study group was formed for the implementation of the modeled instructional design. This study group consists of 18 11th grade students studying at Erfelek Şehit Özkan Çelikkaya Multi-Program Anatolian High School in Sinop. In the collection of the data, the "Evaluation Instrument", developed to be applied to the study group, and the data, obtained from the practice process of the model, were used. In the formation process of the evaluation instrument, difficulty and distinctiveness indexes of the items written through expert opinions were calculated as a result of the pre-test, and the items with the most appropriate statistics were selected considering the content validity. In the analysis of the data, the arithmetic mean and standard error statistical values obtained from the evaluation instrument were calculated and the related sample t-test was performed to determine whether there was a statistically significant difference between repeated measurements. The quantitative data is presented in accordance with their prominent features by associating them with the data obtained from the practice process and literature review. According to the literature-based findings of the research, It is observed that, the roles of students and teachers, learning environments, target behaviors and ways of communication differ with the evolution of the Web and there have been many periodic studies on Web 2.0 technologies, but instructional design studies in which these technologies are used in a planned and programmed way are beyond the desired goals. The results based on the measurement tools, on the other hand, reveal that there is a statistically significant difference in favor of the post-test scores between the pre-test and post-test scores, and positive changes were observed in students in terms of success, skills and attitudes with the application of the instructional design modeled with the eclectic approach. With the results of the research, It is suggested that studies on adaptive technologies, digital content and cloud technologies for web technologies should be increased, the basic features in modeling instructional design should be considered, researches in different disciplines with large-scale study groups should be conducted, and the design should be monitored and evaluated with pilot applications over a wider period of time. As a result, it is expected that this research will shed light on the new studies to be done in order to examine the development in educational environments, identify the needs and find solutions to the problems.
