Abstract (EN)

With the development of Internet technologies, information access becomes easier and information is now stored mainly in the web environment. The Electronic Document Management System (EMS) ensures that documents and information exchanges are transferred electronically and accessed over the Internet. Electronic Document Management System provides that a document can be reached quickly when needed. In this study, studies related to Electronic Document Management System were examined and original software was developed with the improvements taken in the foreground. Approaches such as ease of use, performance enhancement and security improvement have been addressed. The simple and user-friendly display of the user makes the process faster. Bootstrap standards are used for the worker's access via mobile devices as appropriate. The programming language used in the software is C # (C sharp) and ASP.NET technology. Writing appropriate database diagram has been developed. The software has been chosen as desktop based program rather than web based. Security enhancement has been made by adding a virtual keyboard input structure to the system. In practice, there are sections with user login, document addition, unit documentation, management panel.
