Abstract (EN)
The general aim of the research is to specify the effect of constructing reusable content in the web-based education systems and constructed content to the success of the learner. With this aim, a 3-week search was done on 50 students in the 9th class of Ağrı Cumhuriyet High School in 2007-2008 Education Term.In this search, semi-experimental pattern was used. The sample of the search was formed with 1 experiment group (25 students) and 1control group (25 students) with the total of 50 student. In the comprehension of the search, lessons was performed with web based education in the experiment group and with traditional education in the control group in the aim of teaching the unit of `?Networks? in the `?Knowledge and Communication?? lesson. Besides, a questionnaire about learning objects was applied on the students of the experiment group in order to receive their opinions about the learning object. It was seen that, given with reusable content , web-based education increases the learner success compared to the traditional education. Besides, It was revealed that learners accommodate with the web-based education and they want that this application would actualise in other lessons.Keywords: Web based education, Learning objects, Student perceptions, Constructivism, Success test, Reusability
