Abstract (EN)

This study was revealed in order to examine the a2u-globulin?s izoforms which densely exists on wistar male rat?s urine. Three rats? urine was examined with this purpose. Izoform diversity was tested by separating proteins on urine with two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass analysis of 16 spots that thought to be a2u-globulin and peptite mass fingerprint spectrums were obtained.According to the results of these studies, total protein amounts on rats? urine are equal, however urine?s protein profiles are different from each other. In spite of this, spots? peptite mass fingerprint spectrums are nearly the same. Also it was proved with the searchs done in MASCOT that these spots are a2u-globulin. It was comprehended that a2u-globulin consists of a great deal of izoforms.KEY WORDS: ?2u-globulin, two dimensional gel electrophoresis, nephropathia in rats, pheromon binding protein, major urinary protein (MUP).
