Moreover, it is concluded that for this sub-dimension, the variable of the teachers the number of inspections is looked in, teachers who experience inspection 7 times and more, give higher points and have more positive perceptions.?The sub-dimension of while-inspection; It is determined that the teachers give points at high levels for the problems related to inspectors and inspectors give points at high levels for the problems related to teachers. In this sub-dimension when the variable of the graduation is looked in, teachers who graduate from the open university give points at higher level than the other groups for the problem of the teachers? not knowing the aims of teaching the foreign language. When the variable of the number of inspection is looked in, the teachers who experience inspection ever, has less self-confidence than the other groups have. When the perceptions of teachers and inspectors are compared for this sub-dimension, it is determined that the teachers perceive inspectors not knowing the foreign language that is inspected as the problem at the highest level and inspectors perceive not entering the classroom with the teacher as the problem at the highest level.?The sub-dimension of after-inspection; It is found that the teachers perceive being not sufficiently qualified as to guide teachers in the subject of foreign language teaching as the mostly encountered problem; the inspectors perceive not giving enough feedback about the inspection after the period of inspection as the problem at the highest level? The sub-dimension of inspection in general; The problem perceived by the teachers and the inspectors at the highest level is lack of branch professionalist inspectors. When the variable of inspectors? age is looked in; 51-60yrs old inspectors perceive the problems of inspection period is not based on cooperation and the forms of observation lesson inspection is not suitable for the inspection of the teachers of English at a higher level than the other groups. When the variable of seniority is looked in; the inspectors who work 21yrs and more, it is determined that they perceive the time given to the inspection period as insufficient at a higher level than the other groups.?When the teachers? perceptions is looked at; teachers? gender and having pedagogical formation, there are not many difference; when the inspectors? perceptions is looked at; inspectors? branch and graduation variables do not make meaningful differences.Based on the findings obtained with the research, some recommendations may be expressed like that:?Enough number of inspectors who are branch professionals in every branch should be educated?Different forms of observation lesson inspection for each branch should be formed.?Teachers should be informed about the aim, the importance and the necessity of inspection and should be caused to try to cooperation.?Inspection activities should be planned with teachers.
