Abstract (EN)

As a part of social life, work life is one of the areas most rapidly affectted by developments. Legal regulations that determine the rules and standards of working life, which is constantly chancing and developing should always remain up-to-date as a part of this change and development. The impact of technology, which is one of the fastest developing areas of our age, on employment policies and normative regulations shaped in line with these policies is now too evident to leave room for discussion. The Covid-19 pandemic, which emerged in 2019 and affected the whole world, accelerated the transition to new searches and practices in working life. Although some types of work are already practiced, in line with the health measures taken due to the pandemic, atypical types of work, such as remote work, have been used more frequently. The increase in international communication in terms of both commercial, economic and social dimensions with the developing technology has undoubtedly directly affected labor relations. Inter-country and overseas work and, as a result, work involving an element of foreignness are now more frequent. Potential labor disputes that may arise as a result of such work bring with them unique problems.
