Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to determine the effects of some linseed varieties (Karakız, Beyazgelin and Sarıgelin) and sowing rates (200, 400, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 piece/m²) on yield and yield parameters under the ecological conditions of Kırşehir in 2021. The experiment was conducted in a randomized split-block design with three replicates. In the research, the number of emergence, flowering and maturity period (days), plant height (cm), the technical stem length (cm), the number of lateral branches and capsules per plant (pieces), number of seeds in the capsule (pieces), capsule width and length (mm), thousand seeds weight (g), number of plants (pieces/m2), crude oil ratio (%), seed yield (kg/da) and crude oil yield (kg/da) were investigated. According to the results obtained from the experiment, the effect of cultivars and sowing norm on the number of emergence, flowering and maturation days were found to be significant, while the earliest development was observed in Sarıgelin variety, while an increase in earliness was detected as sowing norm increased. Karakız variety gave the best results in terms of plant height (34.71 cm) and technical stem length (26.57 cm). The number of lateral branches and capsule, the number of seeds in the capsule significantly different according to both the variety and the sowing norm, and a decrease in the number of lateral branches, capsules and seeds in capsule were determined with the increase in sowing norm. While the increase in the sowing norm caused a decrease in the crude oil rate, an increase in the seed yield and crude oil yield. The highest value of seed and crude oil yield were determined from Beyazgelin variety as 123.40 kg/da and 45.01 kg/da respectively. According to the sowing norm the highest seed and crude oil yield were obtained from 1000 seed/m2 sowing norm as 143.10 kg/da and 51.37 kg/da respectively.
