5S applications in lean manufacturing system: Application in a manufacturing business

Lean production refers to the simplification of the organizational structure of an enterprise, the elimination of unnecessary and inefficient processes and the ability to better respond to customer expectations. The other goal of lean production is to make the existing organization more efficient, to make the organization more efficient, to implement lean management activities to the organization by making improvements and, most importantly, to make the enterprise more productive and efficient by eliminating waste. Lean management is a method that aims to convert waste into value and improves efficiency and quality.
