Abstract (EN)
Different groups with different goals and expectations work together and have in a continuous influence to each other during a construction process. In such an environment, it is unavoidable to have different types and levels of conflicts due to various reasons. While a certain level of conflict is necessary for the effectiveness of an organization, these conflicts may result in great losses, if uncontrolled. Conflicts control can be effectively implemented, by learning conflict management. This study focuses on various reasons of conflicts faced during construction process in Turkey and on analyzing the effect of an effective crisis management on performance.
