Compilaton of artificial intelligence-supported studies: An example of mathematics education

In this study, it was aimed to examine the compilation of artificial intelligence supported studies published in Google Academy and Ulakbim Center between 2020-2024: Studies on mathematics education example with the systematic compilation method. 35 studies selected in line with certain criteria were analyzed in the study. The years in which the studies were prepared, their methods, samples, sample size, data collection tools, data analysis techniques, objectives and results were examined. Descriptive analysis, one of the qualitative analysis methods, was preferred while analyzing the data. The data obtained as a result of the review were expressed with figures, graphs and tables. As a result of the study, it was observed that the number of studies increased in 2024. It was observed that studies with the ChatGPT artificial intelligence robot increased in 2022. High school and secondary school levels were frequently preferred in the studies. The researchers mostly worked with study groups between 1-50. Documents were used more than data collection tools. The purposes and results of the publications were examined and classified in the study. In the study, the shortcomings of artificial intelligence in mathematics education were discussed and suggestions were made to researchers who will work on the subject.
