Abstract (EN)
Today, virtualization technologies play a pivotal role in the IT sector, enabling businesses to manage their infrastructures with greater efficiency and flexibility. However, the complex architecture and extensive feature sets of virtualization programs frequently lead to users encountering error codes and technical issues. This situation, particularly for inexperienced users, can result in significant time losses and diminished productivity. To facilitate the rapid and effective resolution of these problems, the information technology sector is increasingly focusing on developing solutions integrated with artificial intelligence and intelligent assistant technologies. This study introduces the"AI-Supported Virtualization Error Detection and Resolution System" (Virtualization Assistant) software, developed to address technical issues encountered with virtualization products. This software utilizes pre-trained artificial intelligence models, website application programming interface, and comprehensive error and warning datasets to automatically detect issues encountered by users and offer instant solutions. The developed system aims to alleviate the difficulties arising from the complexity of virtualization programs and provide practical support to users. By consolidating error and warning data obtained from various sources, the software enables users to quickly access the information they need. Consequently, the resolution process for technical problems encountered in virtualization environments is accelerated, allowing users' workflows to continue uninterrupted. This developed system is designed to facilitate the use of virtualization technologies, potentially increasing efficiency in the information technology sector and contributing to technical support processes.
