Abstract (EN)

Developments in the field of artificial intelligence show themselves in all areas of our lives. From the finance sector to the entertainment sector, from the developments in the medical field to fashion designs, there is no area left that has not been affected by technological developments. In such a process, artificial intelligence causes great changes in business areas. This situation not only affects the training required to be able to have a profession, but also makes it necessary to ask the question of what kind of equipment the teachers who will give this training should have. This study aims at what kind of equipment teachers should have in the field of education and training, which artificial intelligence has begun to reshape. In addition, it aims to create a roadmap for how the teachers of the future should be, by addressing innovative projects about what training the next generations will need and how much teachers can respond to these needs, with current practices on this subject. One of the critical points of the study is how many teachers will be needed in terms of quantity in the near future when artificial intelligence is more dominant, and what kind of quality potential is expected from these teachers. In the study, document analysis and descriptive phenomenology techniques, which are among the qualitative research methods, will be used because of their futuristic features. While applying this method, data will be collected through document technique, library scanning, and documentation techniques. The widespread effect of the study is what kind of characteristics teachers and those who want to be teachers should have in the digital age, where artificial intelligence is increasingly dominant, until 2050; it also aims to be a guide on what kind of vision the institutions that are responsible for this issue should act with.
