Abstract (EN)

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of zinc, copper and manganese on the development of plant growth, productivity, to reduce the colouring of the leaves or to contribute to coloration on colored lettuce in greenhouse. The research was conducted in nutrition film technics (NFT) which means grown hydroponic system. Colored lettuces (Lactuca sativa L. cv. 'SR327 F1') were grown supplementation zinc, copper and manganese doses of 1.25+ 2.5 (Cu with Zn), 2.5+5 (Cu with Zn), 5+10 (Cu with Zn), 1.25+ 2.5 (Cu with Mn), 2.5+5 (Cu with Mn), 5+10 (Cu with Mn), 1.25+ 2.5+ 2.5 (Cu with Zn, Mn), 2.5+5+5 (Cu with Zn, Mn) and 5+10+10 (Cu with Zn, Mn) with two times on the leaves during the growth period in greenhouse. Plant height, number of leaf, leaf width, leaf length, root collar diameter, dry matter content, macro-micro element content, head weight, chlorophyll content in leaves and leaf color values of lettuces were determined at harvested plants. After the treatments, total chlorophyll content (SPAD) and leaf dry matter in the lettuce increased. In addition, micronutrition doses of applications were increased the amount of P, Cu, Zn, Mn contents of lettuce leaves, but decreased the amount of Fe and Mg contents. Head weight of lettuce was determined to reduce as compare with the control. it was determined that the combination of Cu with Mn micronutrition increased the red colour density of leaf lettuce, in terms of leaf colour (hue angle)
