With the globalization phenomenon lots ofreforms in economic, social and cultural areas are performed in developed anddeveloping countries. In the structural adjustment process, two importantfoundations; International Monetary Fund and World Bank has a major role.These two foundations services in developing countries especially in providingdevelopment and growing, adoption economy to structural adjustment areforeground structural adjustment process is an important process for Turkey likeother countries.In this context Turkey enters a reforming process with reorganizations andrenovations in social and economic areas for taking place in rapidly changingeconomic formation. Changes in public revenue-expenditure composition take animportant role for these renovations and reorganizations in Turkey?s structuraladjustment process.In this study, how changes in Turkey?s public revenue-expenditurechanges in structural adjustment process, in what aspects they show increase ordecrease, International Monetary Fund?s and World Bank?s effects on structuraladjustment and structural adjustment programs? results in Turkey are aimed tobe searched.
