Abstract (EN)
Occupational health and safety aims to protect workers from the dangers and risks they may encounter in their workplaces, to make their activities sustainable, and to create efficient and effective work at the same time. This study explained the concept of occupational health and safety, the Law No. 6331, examined the situation in construction, mining, education, furniture, fishing and other sectors in Turkey, investigated the dangers and risks, their causes, and presented the lawsuits filed as a result of occupational accidents.
