Abstract (EN)

Globalization has made country economies dependent on each other by lifting restrictions on international capital flows to a significant extent. This has dragged oil-exporting countries into a formula that would minimize the effects of cyclical fluctuations. At this point, national asset funds emerged. These funds, originated by countries that export oil and natural gas in the beginning, started to be established in countries such as China and South Korea, which started to give more exports in the year 2000 and it was aimed to evaluate the current surplus accumulated in their budgets in asset funds. However, in recent years, many countries that do not have any commodity revenue or budget surplus appear to have established asset funds to support their economic growth and development policies. One such country is Turkey. Founded in August of 2016 economic sense to fund strategic missions have been installed and Turkey aimed to contribute to the development process. The purpose of working in this context is; in light of the examples in the world, Turkey Wealth Fund can provide and how to contribute to the development of Turkey, which is what are the activities that can be performed for this purpose and is to demonstrate the models and methods that can be applied in the implementation of these activities.
