Abstract (EN)

Ahmed Bîcân, an important Turkish scholar and sufi who lived in Gelibolu in the 15th century, brought important works to Turkish literature. One of these works is Müntehâ, which has many manuscripts in various libraries. Müntehâ is a sovereign translation by Ahmed Bîcân of the Arabic commentary of Muhyiddin İbnü'l-Arabî's "Fususu'l-hikem" made by his elder brother Yazıcıoğlu Mehmed. Ahmed Bîcân first wrote Müntehâ in 1453, then he revised the same work again in 1466. The subject of this thesis is the pages 1a-75b of the work Müntehâ written by Yazıcıoğlu Ahmed Bîcân in 1466. In the study, the manuscript registered with the number Bel_Yz_K0784 in the İBB Atatürk Library was taken as a basis. The introductory part of the thesis, which consists of five chapters, is about the purpose, importance and scope of the research. In the second part, information is given about the life, family, education, mystical personality and works of Yazıcıoğlu Ahmed Bîcân. In the third chapter, the reason for copyright, date and place of copyright, content, sources, copies, orthographic features, phonetic and morphological information of Müntehâ are examined. In the fourth section, the text is transcribed, in the fifth section, the words in the text are listed alphabetically as index and proper nouns index, and the meanings of the words are explained. In addition, the work was compared with the Müntehâ dated 1453 and its differences were revealed.
