Abstract (EN)
Infectious bronchitisis is an acute, highly contagious viral disease that signs in all over the world at poultry. IB virus agent is a coronavirus. There are several serotypes of virus. In recent studies, the new field serotypes were detected and called new serotypes or variant strain.The aim of current study was investigate situation of IB 4/91 serotype in serum samples which were collected from poultry in Aegean region.It was investigated 32 folcks; IB M41 8 flocks (25%) positive, IB 4/91 18 (56,25%) positive, IB D274 17 (53,1%) positive.
