Abstract (EN)
In this study, various business performance measurement models were investigatedto compare each other, and a new measurement model was established by used thisknowledge. The model, which has been new established, was applied to a middlesizedready made clothing firm by means of questionnaires, and its results wereevaluated. In addition, by using both classical and intelligent optimizationtechniques, the established business performance measurement model?s the futurebusiness performance results were calculated and estimations were done for 2007.By this concept, a new hybrid(classic-intelligent) optimization technique wasfounded to estimate the firm performance criteria clearly. As a result of this present work, the initially designed performance measurementmodel became successful in detecting key performance critters of the firm. It wasproved that total business performance scores calculated by this model weresufficiently high in determining the firm?s productivity. However, the interest oftextile firm to this questionnaire was determined by means of this study. In second part of study, classical optimization and intelligent optimization techniqueswere compared on the curve fitting problem in performance evaluation, andintelligent optimization techniques became more successful than classical one. Inaddition, a new designed hybrid optimization model was used in estimation of firm?sperformance in 2007. It was understood that successful estimation was performedand it's reliability was confirmed on statistical aspect.
