Abstract (EN)
In this study, novel 5-imino and 5-alkylidene substituted Rhodanin compounds were synthesized based on Wittig reactions of 1,3-thiazolidine-4,5-dione derivatives. As well as, from the reactions of a new Rhodanin derivative containing acetyl group with aldehydes were prepared the chalcone derivatives of Rhodanin. The reactions were occurred both stereo- and region-selectively. The synthesized new compounds were characterized with molecular spectroscopic methods (IR, NMR, micro-analyze).
