The social aid and social service programmes of local government to struggle the poverty

ABSTRACTThe governing structures of the states, which have different social and political characteristicsalso differ from each other. Today, poverty is not only a part of central governing policies.Both in means of democratic needs and realizing effective execution, local government hasimportant responsibilities for delivering service to people in need.It needs local government organisations for reaching this aim. The municipality has a specialplace in local govenment. Today, a lot of municipalities, approprioting social municipalitysensilibilty, apply to perform to people in need.In this study it is mentioned about the social aid and social service programmes of localgovenment to protect the poverty.
