Kubilay VURSAVUŞIn this study, a survey was conducted in order to determine present conditionof peanut manipulation survey in our region and the principles of study which wasused in the determined peanut manipulation survey was questionned and success ofstudy was tired to be found out.Main aim in preparing the survey was to find out the capacity of foundations, machines used and to determine working principles of these machines. According tothe survey results, a foundation representing the general situation was chosen. In thisfoundation, machines used for the process of peanuts were chosen according to thegoals of process.Capacities and working efficiency of machines used for cleaning, classifying, shell breaking and seperating internal parts of peanuts were determined according tothe features of functioning organs. Peanut cleaning machine efficiency was 96%,Peanut teel folding machine efficiency was 67% and seperating machine efficiencywas 70%.Key words: Peanut, Processing foundation, Peanut cleaning machine, Peanut teelfolding machine, Working efficiency.
