Abstract (EN)
In our time, depending on the rapidly changing and evolving world, market competition is becoming more difficult. Companies are searching new methods to improve a variety of strategies for achieving sustainable competitive advantage and maintain this advantage. With in the scope of this conditions, organizational performance and factors effecting this performance are prior. The main purpose of this study is underline the importance of talent management and explore the effect of talent management on organizational performance. Besides, the effects of organizational culture and organizational climate on organizational performance are studied. An inventory with 58 questions and 4 subtitles (organizational culture, organizational climate, talent management and organizational performance) delivered to 61 participant from Istanbul firms that are selected randomly. The datas analyzed in SPSS 17 and reliability, factor, correlation and regression techniques are used. According to results, there are correlations between all sub-factors at medium level. Particularly the first two dimensions of talent management affects financial performance and boost performance forcefully. In other words, the level of organizations' talent management importance increases the financial performance and boost performance.
