Abstract (EN)
According to the results of the analysis; while inflation, unemployment and investments increase the poverty threshold, on the other hand increment in the gross domestic product decreases the poverty threshold. Created model is a significant model in terms of economic, econometric and statistical. Therefore, the value of poverty threshold of 2010 was also estimated in the model. During the examination of ex-post and ex-ante values, it is observed that the predicted values are close to the real values. From the first 10 months of 2010, while the poverty threshold was 2716 Turkish Liras according to the data (TURK-IS syndicate) , it was predicted as 2558 Turkish Liras in the created model.
