Abstract (EN)

One of the most important subsystems of hospital health care systems are among the most complex and the most difficult management organizations. Forming an important part of health services and intensive encounter with complex technology of human relationships leads to expansion of the responsibilities of nursing services and jurisdictions. These developments may be aware of the feelings of nurses, able to manage their feelings, can empathize, self-motivated and providing effective communication requires leadership behavior to be developed in other words, individuals In this study, managers working in Diyarbakir state hospital located in the center aimed to determine the perceptions of nurses' leadership model. The research sample consists of 110 nurse managers working in Diyarbakir Center in 2015. Key Words : Leadership, Nurse, Communication, Perception, Leadership Model
