Abstract (EN)

This study defines the executive nurse affects nurses' performance. We apply for nurses' opinion about whether there is a meaningful relationship between executive nurses' leadership and performance of nurses or not. If there is a relative between them, we will define what kind of relative. In order to increase nurses' performance, we will have useful results. We got information about the study from face-to-face survey technique. We surveyed to 200 nurses who work at Eskisehir Research Hospital for the search in October and December 2015. As a result of the study, we got that independent variable which is autocratic leadership affects dependent variable that is nurse performance. These effects are direct and positive. Also, we determined there is no effect on performance as visionary leadership and organization structure. Eventually, if you want to give someone qualified, efficient health service and increase nurses' performance, the executive nurse needs to understand autocratic leadership.
