Abstract (EN)

Management which forms institutional strategies serves the most significant role regarding an organization's corporate climate: managers analyze suggestions and ideas from the bottom and spread them to the institution again. The goal of this research was to determine from the perspective of managers whether corporate reputation plays an intermediary role on the impact of ethical climate on corporate sustainability, and this research has been tested with the Structural Equation Model by creating a model. This method is one of the most reliable analysis methods used to test the causal relationships between multiple variables. According to the results of the analysis, it has been determined that the ethical climate does have a significant and positive effect on corporate sustainability, and the corporate reputation has an intermediary role in this effect.
