ABSTRACT MASTER'S THESIS A RESEARCH AIMS TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTS OF MANAGERS' TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOURS AND EMPLOYEES' EMPATHY BEHAVIOURS ON EMPLOYEES' LOYALTY TO MANAGERS Yeliz AKÇAY 2014, XIII + 106 page The purpose of this study is to determine whether managers' transformational leadership behaviors and employees' empathy to their managers effect the loyalty of the employers to their work and managers or not. The data were collected from 205 employees who have been working in Hekimoğlu Casting Industry Corporation in Trabzon. Structural equation model (YEM) was used to test the research model. According to research results, it is understood that empathizing of the employees with their managers and transformational leadership behaviours of the managers have a directly positive impact on the loyalty of employees to their managers.
