Abstract (EN)
This study, in which basic concepts related to management are questioned, is problematizing the most basic assumptions that have not been discussed so far. First, the assumption is that there is a need for management, which is the widespread acceptance in the field. This inquiry was made by subjecting the three million year process of the administration's historical follow-up to the practice to the Lacanian psychoanalysis, and suggested that this assumption should be abandoned. This study has made a radical positioning in the field by treating the phenomenon of management as a constant force and potential energy at the impulse level. Parallel to this positioning, it points to the necessity of management as desire, not necessity. The way religion is articulated at the border of the administration forms another problem of working. These two phenomena, which position themselves from the beginning of human history, have been treated as the singularity within universality throughout the study. The relationship of these two phenomena, which are positioned as subjects after the examination of whether two phenomena take place in the same topological plane, have been resolved by psychoanalysis. This analysis has shown that each of the phenomena of religion and management is in the status of a subject who can not reach them as objects. This means that the two concepts have been built in the field of one another by folding into each other, and thus kept hidden from the eyes. As a result, they are increasing their forces of influence by establishing themselves as space in the body of the subject. The reason for the desire that doubles two things into each other (object a) is economy.
