Abstract (EN)
This study aims to find the relationship between the YouTube content management system, and the managers using this system, and the usability of the system by using qualitative methods based on Nielsen's five usability factors. Research data were obtained by using semi-structured interview technique with content management system managers working in various YouTube partner companies. These data were analyzed in the second part of the study and interpreted in the third part. In the findings, it was found that users were generally satisfied with using the system despite many problems reported and usability would increase with some changes and updates. In addition, this document aims to find the aspects that can be improved in the usability area of the content management system at issue, and to serve as a guide that offers suggestions on how other content management systems can be made more usable.
