Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to solve both the Dirac equation which describes spin1/2 particles and the DKP equation which describes spin-0 and spin-1 particles in a time-dependent electric field and to investigate the probability of the creation of Dirac and DKP particles with mass in such an electric field.. Exact solutions were obtained by considering the differential form Dirac and DKP equations will take, in an external electric field in (1+1) dimensional space-time. "Positive" and "negative" frequency modes were determined using these solutions. By calculating the Bogoliubov coefficients for the obtained solutions, the probability density for particle creation was determined and the results were compared graphically.
