Abstract (EN)
In this study, 254 coins registered in the İzmir Archaeology Museum and preserved in the Zeki Karaoğlu Private Collection were examined. These coins belong to a wide section of history from the Archaic Era to the Roman Era. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the coins belong to the cities of Ephesos, Erythrai, Herakleia Ad Latmos, Khios, Klazomenai, Kolophon, Leukai, Magnesia, Miletos, Myous, Naulokhos, Phokaia, Phygela, Priene, Samos, Smyrna and Teos in the Ionia region.
