In the introductory section, copies of the work, the life of the author, the life of Hekimoğlu Ali Paşa, the history and oeuvre in the work, and the poems of Hekimoğlu Ali Paşa. In the examination part, information was given about the duties and various places that Ali Pasha did between 1736-1758. In the text [210b-301a] the foils were prepared by transcription.
