Abstract (EN)
Penicillin is a group of antibitiotics derived from Penicillium fungi. Penicillium antibiotics were among the first drugs to be effective aganist many previously serious diseases such as bacterial infections. It disrupts cells wall of this bacteria and prevents diseases such as nephritis, meningitis, prostate, osteitis. In thesis study, potentiometric-based penicillin biosensor was prepared by immobilizing penicillinase on our synthesized surface dependent and surface independent ZnO nanorods surfaces and chitosan. To determine the optimum working conditions of the biosensor; examined the effect of buffer concentration, buffer pH, and media temperature on the electrode response and determined shelf life, repeatibility and interval of determination (designated range). Additionally, the penisilin assay in Alfoxil was also carried out with our prepared penisilin biosensör. The obtained results was compared refecence value.
