Abstract (EN)
The protection of the vacuum environment of Getter, also known as degasser of powder metallurgy, is of great importance. Depending on the way the vacuum system works, different types of degassing materials have been developed. The materials of 'Non-Evaporable Getter', also known as non-evaporative degasser, are widely used in the electronic field. In this study, zirconium, vanadium and iron powders in the range of 60-100 nm are produced by powder metallurgy method and pressing and temperature values are investigated. The effects of pressing and sintering temperature changes of the produced getter materials on density, porosity, hardness and microstructure were investigated. It was determined that the hardness value and density increased and porosity decreased with the effect of increasing pressing pressure and sintering temperature.
