Abstract (EN)

With the spread of Islam to the world, its language, Arabic, also reached everywhere he went. For this reason, the Arabic language has become a meeting tool for millions of people living in different geographies. Thus, thanks to the Arabic Qur'an, it continues to be the original and source and constantly renews itself. The Arabic language is an important element in religion in terms of learning the purposes of the Qur'an and Sunnah by understanding and thus approaching Almighty Allah and gaining His approval Removing him from the field of life - for whatever reason – means leaving him behind from this important purpose and irreparable damage. Because Arabic, being the language of the Qur'an, is a symbol of Islam and Muslims that distinguishes themselves from others. The Arabic language, which has an important place in this respect, requires that every tafsir learn the principles and methods. Because it is not enough to learn this language in general terms, to understand the Qur'an, to reach its meanings, to think about it, to analyze it, to interpret and to draw conclusions. Ultimately, what needs to be done is for those who want to study and comprehend the Qur'an in depth, take care to learn Arabic with its strong rinciples and methods. This issue is of great importance in order to understand the Qur'an and the sciences related to it correctly and to specialize in this field. This study comparatively examines the studies and scientific effects of the great Iraqi tafsir Sheikh Shihabuddin Alûsî and Professor Fâzıl Saleh Samarrai on the Arabic language and the Qur'an, whose work is among the important sources of tafsir in every period.
