The demand for Arabic education has increased significantly in recent years. This demand has made it necessary to rethink how to teach language skills, in particular the ability to write, in the process of communication. This study includes two research topics that provide information about the importance of the writing and its current status. The first research topic is about the reasons for learning Arabic and determining the target group in our study. In addition to the concept of writing in Arabic education programs and the importance of teaching it to non-Arabic speakers, the relationship of writing skill with the other three basic skills of listening, speaking and reading has been examined. In the second study, Arabic teaching was handled in terms of knowledge, professional and cultural aspects, and its relations with writing skills were analyzed and some solutions were mentioned about the development of writing skills. The descriptive analytical approach was used in the research to describe the motivations of learning Arabic and the importance of writing education for non-Arabic speakers to monitor the difficulties faced by writing education, to analyze the weaknesses of writing and to return them to objective reasons. Then, the relationship between writing education and cognitive, professional and cultural language learning was analyzed. This study aims to review the curricula and materials taught in Arabic education programs in accordance with scientific and technological development and to make the curriculum suitable for the needs of students by taking advantage of these developments in writing education.
