Arabî Muhammed el-Ezherî'nin Şerhu Garâmi Sahîh isimli eserinin tahkik ve analizi / Sharh Mandhomat Sahih Gharami by Arabi Muhammad al-Azhari: Study and investigation

This thesis deals with studying and investigating the book: "Sharh Gharami Sahih" by Arabi bin Muhammad Al-Azhari (he was alive in the year: 1214 AH), one of the scholars of the thirteenth century AH. In writing this book, the author explained the amorous system of Ibn Farah al-Ishbili (699 AH) in the terminology of hadith. The importance of this study comes from the importance of the annotated book, as the Seville poem is a short amorous system in which he used the conventions of the hadiths, and it became famous as "Sahih Gharami" It has twenty verses, and it became famous after Ibn Farah organized it, and included in it a large number of the arts of hadith science, using the rhetorical pun method, including twenty-eight types of the terminology of hadith, and due to the accuracy of its style and the ease of its wording, a group of scholars, such as Ibn Abd al-Hadi, Ibn Jama'ah, Ibn Qutlubugha and others, including the Bedouin of Al-Azhari, were concerned with it briefly in relation to the term hadith, and the explanation included the literary and rhetorical side and explaining its verbal and moral improvements. Some of them explained it rhetorically to its expressions and words, or grammatically to its expressions, and the abundance of these explanations indicates the strength of the influence of this poem, its widespread spread, and the good choice of its subject. The Al-Azhari scholar made a great effort in explaining the romantic system, benefiting from the efforts of those who preceded him. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the historical descriptive approach was followed when extrapolating and presenting the biographical and scientific biography of the author of the poem Ibn Farah Al-Ishbili, defining his era, a brief definition of the Arab, and the method of investigation and commentary in the investigated text when copying and adjusting the verified text, and referring the sayings to their sources, and extracting the hadiths contained in it and saying And commenting on some of the hadith and linguistic issues raised by Al-Azhari Al-Arabi with the aim of clarification. Among the most prominent results of the study: Not knowing the life of the author (Al-Azhari); Due to the scarcity of information available about his life other than what was indicated by the fact that he lived in the thirteenth century AH and the attribution of this explanation to him was proven, Al-Arabi explanation of the poem was characterized by its ease in presenting his opinions and ideas, the independence of his personality, and his ability to formulate words and phrases. He also explained the hadith terminology and the opinions of scholars in it, and he often mentioned illustrative examples of the hadith term, and he was exposed to rhetorical and linguistic jokes, such as wrapping, publishing, puns, similes and metaphors of both declarative and metaphorical forms, counterpoints, and so on, and sometimes he quotes from Quranic verses. He also depends in his explanation of the Seville poem on many sources, especially the Qur'anic and Hadith, and the commentators who preceded him, so he benefited from Al-Khatib Al-Baghdadi, for example, and because of this transmission from the sources, sometimes his personality was absent, so he frequently transmitted from it without addition or omission, and without comment or clarification, and when comparing between His explanation and their explanations we do not find a big difference, as it is transmitted from it without attributing, and this is one of the pests of explanations and comments, and in general, this explanation is from the structured and balanced statement, which is a valuable reference for students of forensic science, especially students of the Prophet's hadith.
