"Kurratu Ayunı Ulıy Elragabat Fiybayany Elmebniyeti Velmurabat" adlı kitabın tahkiki

This research deals with the study and critical edition of the book Qurrat ʾAʿyun ʾUli al-Raghbāt fī Bayān Anwāʿ al-Mabniyyāt wa al-Muʿrabāt, authored by Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm Abū Khudayr al-Dimyāṭī (d. 1303 AH/1885 CE). The significance of this research lies in the fact that the edited work belongs to the science of Arabic grammar (nahw), which holds great importance for understanding the Holy Qurʾān and the Prophetic ḥadīth, as well as for preserving the Arabic language from corruption. Furthermore, the book of Muḥammad Abū Khudayr is considered the first to gather all types of mabniyyāt in a single chapter, after they had previously been scattered across grammar works. He presented them in a systematic manner characterized by comprehensiveness, order, and reasoning. He also compiled the muʿrabāt in a separate chapter and appended his book with a subtle supplement that included a collection of grammatical, jurisprudential, and semantic riddles to stimulate students' intellect and keep them from boredom. All of this makes the production and scholarly editing of this concise work a service, firstly to the Qurʾān, the ḥadīth, and the Arabic language, and secondly to the Arab heritage, students of knowledge, and readers. The study is divided into two sections. The first section: It includes the study of the author's biography, the verification of the attribution of the book to him, the reason for its composition, its significance, and a description of the manuscript copies relied upon in the edition. It also covers the author's methodology in his book with respect to the division and arrangement of topics, the presentation of grammatical issues, the process of transmission and documentation, in addition to his approach to grammatical evidence, his position on sources of citation, the references from which he drew material, his grammatical school, his terminological usage, and the references cited in the book, as well as its merits and shortcomings. The section concludes with findings and recommendations. The second section: This is the critical edition, in which the treatise of Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm Abū Khudayr al-Dimyāṭī is edited in accordance with the principles of scholarly investigation.
